I have not been with ATT very long. I actually just transferred service from TMOBILE. I had been with TMOBILE for about 10 years but then saw the special ATT had, $160.00/month with 10GB data so I decided to change. So far it has proven to be the worse mistake ever. I've called numerous times and time after time I have been given incorrect information. I am extremely disappointed with the indifferent, insensitive, ill-educated arrogant employees that I have had to deal with; both in store and online. My bill reflects that I am going to be paying twice as much as I would be paying at ATT! This is unacceptable. I want to get my issue resolved. I have contacted various representatives. My issues are not being taken care of. I just want to get my problems resolved. I will be telling everyone I know, either on the phone/twitter/facebook, etc about all the problems I have had with ATT and their inability to be able to properly train employees so that they all provide the same information. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I believe in taking ownership of problems. At this current time ATT is not taking care of anything but passing me from customer service to the store. I am very disatisfied and discontent. Can someone help me with getting an issue escalated.
