Unfairly Disconnected and ATT will not restore!!!

Every month i have to call because of issues on my account. I called ATT on Aug 1st and spoke to Alan, He apologized for charges and credited my account just like they do EVERY month. My due date is the 25th and I get paid on the first since we are a military family, I was already told I couldnt get the due date changed so I have to make payment arrangements every month. Something came up this month and I cant pay until later in the month. Alan told me I WAS FINE and I didnt have to make an arrangement until later next week (Sounded fishy but I went with his word)
So today MY PHONES GET CUT OFF ! I called and get transferred AT LEAST 7 times and hung up on 3 and every department tells me there is nothing they can due I have to pay due to IMPROPER NOTATION and I was told incorrect info so oh well even though it isn't my fault tough cookie.
The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced ! Then if I cancel I have to pay $800 !!!
I should have just stuck with my Go phones vs paying over $200 a month for POOR customer service!!!
