I have finally had it with AT&T. Recently I upgraded my phone from the 4s to the iphone 5c. I decided to do the upgrade feature when you can make payments for the new phone. They had some sort of deal online that with my new phone and insurance I could pay less than I previously was! I made sure I calculated everything in and even added insurance. Well needless to say it is a month later and I received my bill and it is much more expensive! To the tune of about $50 a month more. When I called today to inquire about my bill the young lady I spoke with tried about 10 different ways to explain the new bill to me which still didn't add up to the amount I am being charged. Finally she asked if I wanted to speak with her Supervisor, so I said yes please. The Supervisor called me back and basically blew off everything I said as how could it possibly be that you would upgrade your phone and pay less? I get that and I should have known better but with the deal that was promised to me with the order it was less per month! Now I have no proof and am basically being told to deal with it. As well I wanted to inquire about my husband and I's data usage. We do not stream movies, music or use alot of apps that require data and are somehow going over 10 GB of data per month. At work we both use wifi Mon- Fri from 8:00am- 5:00pm and don't use our phones for much more than checking facebook on occasion. When I inquired as to how it was we keep going over our data or how it is continuosly increasing they could not tell me nor explain. Everyone I have talked to said there is no way my husband and I are using that much data and we are being scammed. Instead of helping me figure out the data overage and bill the lady offered to credit me $15 for my over charge of 113 MB last month. Why thanks...
