Bill Dispute

I am highly annoyed at the fact that I reported my SIM card stolen on June 4th to 611 after being robbed while on vocation. Now looking on my bill I'm seeing a charge of 368.74 and they are insisting that I used data on this phone. On vacation I purchases a local SIM card in the country because I know how expensive roaming charges are. Now tell me, why would I not report the sim stolen but yet I had to buy a new sim when I returned from vacation? I am highly disappointed in the customer service that I received as the agent was extremely rude, inconsiderate and failed to listen to details. I need help to resolve this issue as I refuse to pay for a service that I didn't receive especially when I reported it stolen.
