In May I purchased a smartphone at an AT&T store. After years with AT&T as my phone and internet service provider, I should have known to expect billing problems. The salesperson at the store wrote down exactly what I could expect in terms of billing and discounts. True to form, AT&T billed WAY OVER the amount I was expecting. Long story short, I visited the store and was told by the 'manager' that salespeople can say whatever they want to make a sale, and that I had signed off on the extra charges. He couldn't prove this; all he did was wave his little laptop in my face. No help whatsoever, no resolution. Am considering contacting FCC and stopping paying AT&T altogether. If they harass me for money, [Edited to comply with Guidelines] Their practices are illegal. How they get away with it is beyond comprehension. [Please keep it courteous]
Plus, this Samsung phone gets no reception in the house. I have to go outside to talk.
So disgusted. This is my LAST deal with AT&T. BUYERS BEWARE.
