I recently upgraded my phone in order to qualify for your discount on the Samsung Tab 2. I was lied to twice then.
1 - I told the sales rep that 16GB was not enough because my wife works with A LOT of pictures. He assured me that the Tab 2 WOULD INCLUDE THE 32GB MICRO-SD CARD. The tablet arrived, without the card and it took five more calls before someone told me that it's NOT included with the device. She offered to SELL me one for $59! What a joke! I could by one online for $10.
2 - I was told that my $230 bill would go up to $250. I now have a bill due for $400! Even with the two 'activation fees', the total should be $330 (and only the first month). What is the other $70 for?
Also, why does my new phone show a separate charge for Mobile Share? Aren't all my phones on the same Mobile Share plan? Isn't that already included for all the phones on this plan?
Oh yeah, I tried to submit this question on your "Contact Us" page but kept getting this javascript error. You may want to have you I.T. department look into it. Here's the error:

I would appreciate a reply from someone who
a) speaks English clearly
b) is familiar with AT&T plans and has reviewed my account (and listened to the original sales call recording)
c) who has the authority to correct my overcharge and to send out my 32GB card that I was promised.
Thank you
