Billing Issues - wrong biling

Hi ATT,

 

My ATT account#[Edited for privacy.]

 

My bill with Jun,2014 has wrong billing, which says the past payment due carried though I have paid them on time.

 

Also, I cancelled ATT service on 1st July,2014 but still I see the billing is not corrected in the final bill. The final bill has past dues carried forward.

 

I talked to Customer Care, but was not helpful other than keeping me hold on phone without any conclusion and finally routed to the default waiting line with no one responds.
