I sent my defective phone back three weeks ago. I mailed it out with the prepaid label AT&T sent, I kept the packing slip with the RMA# and tracking# and it shows they haven't received it yet. I've never had a problem before. I've been with AT&T for over 10 years and I would hate to close my account because they want me to pay for a phone I did return. Any information or help will be greatly apprecite it, thanks.
