Billing/Plan Change

I have spent the last three months on the phone trying to resolve billing issues, most likely over 4 to 5 hours.  First it was my internet, it was right around memorial day weekend.  Got that part resolved but while on the phone asked about the family share plan i had hear advertised.  I have one line, my son's, that is on an unlimited talk and data and did not want to change that would efffect this.......he assured me it would not but low and behold his next bill went from 39 dollars to nearly $150.  I was livid....the other three lines we were only going to save 15-20 dollars but you guys tacked on another 111.  I have now called twice to get this resolved.  Once a month ago which i was credited for that month but no one changed back to our original plan.

 

During my conversation tonight with two reps....I was to be sent to customer retention where my call was dropped and then got no help from another and found out that customer retention was not available during these hours.

 

You guys have two choices:  Quit screwing me over by changing my plan just because you dont like what you agreed to years ago and get me back on the plan I was a couple months ago or If you dont then you have breached your contract and I will find another carrier.

 

I have been an att customer for over 15 years and at this point if I have to continue to spend 2-3 hours of my time to fix my bill its just not worth staying with your brand.
