my phone services have been suspended and have a sick child in another city that I need to have my phone for. I originally had payment arrangements to make a payment on 6/28/14 but I made the payment on 6/30/14 of the promised amount. i have called several people about my services being restored but to no avail due to policy changes i cant have my services back. You always say that the customers are why you are here if so why not help me . I made the promised payment just on a weekday and not the weekend, do you not understand that life happens.
