AT&T's unfair and deceptive billing practices

  1. 1.     I am writing this letter to notifying about AT&T's unfair and deceptive billing practices.

 

  1. 2.     AT&T's should reversed the charges, and upgrade as it was on May 5, 2014. I also want  to be considered for compensation forAT&T's unfair and deceptive billing practices.

 

  1. 3.     I purchased two phones (Samsung 5) through  ATT  at Costco Wholesale, 5125 Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112 on  May 7, 2014.

 

  1. 4.     It came to my knowledge that AT&T orCostco Wholesale upgrade my account without my permission or knowledge, when I received my first bill for that month on May 30, 2014.

 

  1. 5.     This upgrade is costing me more money.  This was not disclosed to me at time of purchase.

 

  1. 6.     Costco Wholesale Representatives told me they don't know themselves about this upgrade at that time May 7, 2014.

 

  1. 7.     Costco Wholesale Representatives want to reversed the charges and upgrade because it unfair commercial practices by AT&T.

 

  1. 8.     On May 30, 2014, I called and complained to AT&T customer service and requested to  reversed the charges and upgrade.  AT&T's customer service department is unable to resolve my complaint because it has pass 14 days, they said that it is their policy and AT&T's customer service department blaming Costco Wholesale for my complaint

 

  1. 9.     On June 1, 2014,  I called and complained to AT&T customer service supervisor. He told me thatsomeone from AT&T customer service will call you and he will resolved you complaint but no one ever called.

 

  1. 10.   AT&T customer service supervisor also recommended that I contact to Urgent Care Team AT&T phone no 918-204-1184.

 

  1. 11.   On June 6, 2014, I called and complained to AT&T Urgent Care Center and explain everything.

 

  1. 12.   AT&T Urgent Care Center told me that they are unable to reversed the charges and upgrade. AT&T also blaming the Costco Wholesale.

 

  1. 13.   AT&T Urgent Care center advised me to go back to Costco Wholesale and return my two phone, problem will be solved.

 

  1. 14.  I am her at Costco wholesale on June 12, 2014 to return my two phones and cancel my upgrade which was upgraded with out my permission. I am her several times last two weeks At&t is blaming Costco and Costco is blaming At &t and both are unable to resolve this problem.
    AT&T increased my monthly payment more without my knowledge and permission.
