High Speed Internet/Worst Internet Service ever!

I just have to say that AT&T can be proud to lead in the worst customer service/wireless/billing, and worst high speed Internet. I had my Internet switched to AT&T from Comcast because they had Internet downtime every single weekend (that is when IT support does not get out to fix the issue). Since September 2013, I had nothing else but issues with AT & T Internet. Just in May 2014, I did not have Internet service 12 days along with others in my community (it is 7 years old, and AT&T cannot provide the service they promissed). So I called High Speed Internet technical support, and told them that I will use my data plan from my cell phone (also AT&T account) every time I don't receive Internet because I am taking classes from private college, and cannot afford to miss any work "becuase AT&T cannot provide the service they provided." Well using my data I went over my wireless plan, and I kept calling to get those fees removed because it is not fault that AT&T is not providing the services they promissed, and that I paid for. Well, I just received another bill with the fees again, and the customer service employee refused to make adjustment. I told her that we would not have that conversation if I received services I paid for. She was not smart enough to understand my point-I guess not trained well enough. Day before I called and the "manager was to call me back within one hour (he was too busy), and I never received the call back. How professional? I am seriosly dissapointed, but I am glad that I keep all the records of my converstions, and all the numbers and names I spoke to, because I paid my regular bill not the fees applied because I feel that I am not responsible for AT&T not providing the service that they got paid for. How sad, such a big gigant, and having Internet service like third world country, and worst representatives. All they know to say is: I am sorry, but how about we offer you higher plan so you don't get over in data plan? Seriosly? After this experience: definitey not! I will make sure to share this experience with every single person I know as well online, so that people don't get charged what they don't owe.
