AT&T modified my plan and over charged me. It is really unacceptable!!!
I hope someone will help me stop this unauthorized charge, and someone from AT&T will read my email--
Current AT&T charges me monthly $100 for voice plan and $40 for data plan with a total of $140 per month. But the plan I bought (on March 2, 2014) should be $80 per month for voice plan and $20 for data plan for a total of $100 per month. When I called AT&T and talked with the managers about this unauthorized charge, they said they understood my situation, but could not make correction. They said that I accepted the terms and conditions. But the terms and conditions I accepted is NOT $140 per month. The follow is my acceptance of the teams and conditions. Help me please!
