My bill was due on the 17th. I have been a customer for 4 years. I am not eligble for a payment arrangement. I can not pay until next Tuesday which is June 3rd. Is there any type of grace period. No one in customer service seems to have an answer. Someone advised you have 30 days past the due date but I have never heard this. Please help. Thanks.
