I mailed in my old iPhone to ATT over 8 weeks ago. I also uploaded my last Sprint bill over 8 weeks ago. I have not received any information on my rebate. On line it says it is still being processed. When I call the 866-852-8617 number you cannot speak to a real human being and the automated information says my request is still being processed. In the meantime, I still owe Sprint $200 and they have submitted my information to a collection agency. Feeling very frustrated that I even switched to ATT at this point.
