Spam Email - Home Phone?

I have received two emails now from: "AT&T Online Services" stating that my home phone bill of $51.34 is due. The email has no content, just a mime-attachment.html. I click on it and it looks like a legitimate AT&T bill with links to pay inbedded within. However, we do not even own a home phone, much less have we ever signed up for one... Has anyone else received these emails? Were they malicious? Do I call AT&T?
