I don't believe I have ever been more furious than I was last night. I checked my bank account and noticed that I had an AT&T monthly payment post. I was confused because I always manually pay my bills. So I called AT&T to find out that somehow on July 5 an automatic payment was set up. I NEVER set honor authorized anything like this. So I asked for the payment to be reversed. Of course a company as big as AT&T has no clue how to do that. They only know how to magically take your money without authorization. So between phone calls back and forth with my back and AT&T and being insulted and blown off by AT&T, I was finally told the billing department was closed. I have been a customer for two years and have never had a single issue with AT&T until yesterday. I call for help and I get nothing but insults and that a somehow must have pushed ten different buttons though my mobile app and didn't realize it and magically set up autopay. I did NOT in any way set this up or authorize it. Unfortunate for me I need this money by Saturday because I am moving and this money was supposed to go to my deposit for my new place. I will not let this go and I will be calling all day till I get my money returned immediately.
