We have 2 BOGO phones (total of 4 lines) and after paying for 5 cycles (19.84 each) for all of them the credit still does not appear on my bill. I have to call every month and spend HOURS on the phone or chat while the customer service dept looks up the same information and assures me it is all set. I am sick and tired of this. The only reason we bough 4 phones was because of the promotion and we were assured by the rep in the store we would be getting credit for 2 phones ater 3 billing cycles How can I get this cleared up once and for all? I can send you copies of many any chats I have had that stated it was all taken care of.
