My wireless account was suspended today without notification, I had an issue with my bill which was supposed to be half of what it was which was the reason I didn't pay it. I was promised by one of your locations that if I had signed up for direct TV that they would be able to bring my bill down to $170 a month and back track my last bill but never did, on top of that they added another line to my account without telling me, they also added an iPad to my account that I never received. I went into the store and the manager there promised me that he would call me back the following day with the issue taken care of, I never received a call and don't have he time to drive 10 miles to talk to them again
