I been having issues with AT&T that I called multiple times times to question that but no AT&T agents are giving right answers. I was charged extra $262 on my March - April bill. It says new charges but doesn't include what the new charges are for. That's why I cancelled my service with AT&T. But still it's my right to know for what I was made to pay that amount. I called many times and they have been telling me that, that's my past due balance but my past due on my paper bill says $0. Today on day 06/22 I called two times and the 1st agent I talked to said I know there is an issue with your March April bill and I will transfer you to bill collection centers and I waited for 5 minutes and the phone was disconnected. I called back and another agent agent answered the phone and she said that was the amount from your device. And I told her what other agent told me, she said I do apologize that other agent was wrong and she gave me another number to call about this kind of issues, the number was 18003310500. And that was customers service number. I wonder whether AT&T agents actually understands the bills at all. Now I checked my previous online bill and that shows $527 but I paid $727 that was what it was on the bill that time. It's still $727 on paper bill but the online bill shows about $524. I did posted this issue on AT&T Forum in the past and I was told that I will be getting a call but I was never called. I still want explanation of that bill and wants to know why AT&T agents have different answers each time I called?
