We bought new phones around March the bogo deal. And ever since then our bill has been incorrect. Last month it was about $120 more and this month about $75 more. This doesn't include the extra 25 that I understand I new I had to pay on the extra phone for a few months so $50 total and would be credited back the $25. We did not change any part of our service. Every time we change something on our phones we have an issue and were assured that nothing would be incorrect and again this has happened. I do not have the time to sit on the phone with att and try and deal with this or the money to spend $300 plus a month on phones that is supposed to cost about $215.
