When I signed up for the service I had an international call blocks, I was surprised to see an international call charge, and I called in and was told I did mot block
it, and was told it was a $180.00 charge I assumed it as my responsibility and told them to please block it now. They did it and I got a confirmation email. After a
week i was able to find the paperwork saying international call was blocked on all 5 lines, so I called again and they said they can not do a full refund another
shocking thing was brought to my notice that the international calls were still allowed on my account. The rep told me that I have to go in my account to disable
it, I tried it even that said that can not be removed online and the rep finally got the supervisor involved Chad ***** ID # *****, I spoke to his boss Stacy ***** ID # ***** who started tallking with a tone that this is the best you will get because it was a shared responsibility. We have an active vonage account on
the same number with unlimited international calling, we had no reason to call with AT&T but it seems like they care about my $100 more than my 10+ year
loyalty & relationship with them. I should be refunded for the services that were charged specially when I had them blockled Twice.
