I am currently deployed and do not have any means of making calls to the states which is the only option to contact AT&T to confirm my service has been put on military suspension. I called them and they said they put a note on my account that once they received my orders they would suspend the line and I would not be making monthly payments until I reactivate the account. I am online and nothing is showing my account has been put on suspension or anything and there is no email support for me to contact them.
Note: I emailed my deployment orders to the email address the AT&T representative gave me.
Any ideas on how I can get this resolved or confirmed so that I am not out $1000 dollars by the end of my deployment?
