I contacted Custimer Seevice asking them what I needed to end my contract. They told me I needed to pay the ETF, which I knew I had, and when I ask them if I had to send a 30-day notice they said "no need to." I asked why I had to pay my bill in advance if I wanted to cancel the service and they said my account immediately closes when I cancel my service and they would pro rate the bill according to the days I used the service and would deduct that from the ETF I had to pay. I got the bill and they never pro rated those days, so basically I paid the full moth when I only used 2 days. I tried to log into my account to contact them my they automatically closed my account. Why do I have to pay for an extra month when they said they I had to pay in advance and then they would pro rate?
