After my 4th conversation with an AT&T rep, I was advised that I cannot get an unlock code for my Lumia 925 because the payment that I sent in paying the device off had been applied erroneously to my monthly bill instead of to my device. So, I will need to wait two weeks until a bill is generated through the AT&T system that can correctly connect the payment to the device?? Of course, no one is paying me for not being able to use my phone for two weeks. Additionally, it has taken four phone calls over the past five days to even get a response rather than empty promises that an unlcok code would be emailed to me. This is why AT&T is not worth the effort - poor service, empty promises and systemic failures that adversely impact on customer service and satisfaction.
