I just had a very horrible experience with a manager who identified himself as "minor". This guy is very rude and have no understanding of customer service. I started speaking with a rep who identified herself as "Natalie" -- I rarely call att because I have no time. I pay my bills always on time when I get the text I usually text back with "1" to pay entire amount. Today I got a text that my data was almost overage although I have a rollover plan. When I login to my bill to review my plan, i discovered a charge for international calls ( I never knew they have international calling activated on my phone) so as I tried to inquire about the charges and to see if they could wave it and then block international calling, the so called manager came on the line (after I've been on hold for almost 30minutes) and he was very rude and even hung up on me in spite of the fact that I tried to tell him to stop talking over me -- my colleagues at work were shocked because they over heard over conversation. He gave me no chance to speak --
I don't believe I will continue with AT&T unless something change. I will take my business where it can be appreciated.
