Issue with order and need help

I placed order under BOGO, CSR told me that promotion also work for SE but a week later, I was told that only 6S is eligible. Under buyers remorses program, my order will be eligible for BOGO promotion. AFter receiveing 6S, one of phone arrived dead and had return via mail. ATT store wont take dead phone. I am waiting for my new phone.

 

Here is comoplete detail os communications:-

 

On 4/15,

4:45 PM EST, and CSR placed order for Iphone SE and I was told that promotion will be applied.

 

4/16

Called Att again on 4/16 around 4:45 PM EST, to confirm promotion is applied and was told that promotion is applied and I will start getting credit after three months (or billing cycles)

 

4/22:- Called ATT to confirm BOGO promotion, I was told that BOGO promotion not applicable for my order, so Iphone 6S was order as replacement. CSR sent email and text message confirming that my order will be processed under BOGO promotion.

 

 

 4/25:-

Received Iphone 6S

Tried to activate on 4/28, One of phone was dead.I went to store to get exchange but store declined exchange.

 

4/28, shipped Iphon 6S with one of iphone SE.

 

5/2, called helpdesk and was told that unless Phone reaches destination, Order can not be placed. I was asked to wait for 4-5 days.

 

5/6: Got email that phone received by ATT with refund under review message.

 

5/9 :- called helpdesk again to get new order processed. CSR simply declined to honor BOGO promotion.

 

I am lost now and need help.
