I was travelling abroad. So I switched from a $45 plan to $.25 per minute plan. After coming back after 2 months and tried to login, got message that 'Phone is disconnected'. When called customer care, they said my number is gone and balance of $80 cannot be retrieved.
I'm even more worried now since I bought a IPhone 6s Plus phone with ATT store for prepaid usage, and it is locked(even though I paid in full). As per customer representative, I've to wait for another 2 months to unlock that phone.
Now my question is whether will they unlock that phone? Is there is anyway I can get the balance and account number?
