Hello.. I called in to make a payment arrangement for the 295 that I owe. I make a payment arrangement every month and have done so for YEARS. I always have to call in to make that arrangement because the calendar on my app only goes so far. I do understand what shows on my end also shows on your end. This is why a supervisor is always called to help with my arrangements, to override the calendar and make it to my pay day, which is ONCE a month at different times! If you'll look back on my account I call every month, I just made a payment on the 30th that was in fact OVERRIDDEN by a supervisor. This is the FIRST problem I've had and she wouldn't send me to a manager so I gave up. I need my payment of 295 on May 27th. Can anyone help me please?
