Account Problems

I've had major problems with a fraudant account opened that was supposed to be transfer back to personal. However the store wasn't able to complete the transfer and contact the Excutive Response Team member that had sent me in. She told the store rep that she had emailed "Jase" a VP at ATT to do the override and that it would take 2 weeks to clear up. It's been a month and I'm getting collection calls for both accounts, only one account should be open and no one seems to be able to help me. Please advise.
