The beginning of April I switched to directv to get unlimited data on my phones. I am still getting charged for going over my data plan after going to the AT&T store after the directv install.

I spoke to an AT&T rep Last week and he said it will be rectified but I am still getting charged. My bill is almost due and there is close to $100 extra in my bill. The rep told me not to pay until the problem is fixed but I haven't heard anything.
