My service was suspended due to an overdue balance. I knew it was late but not that late. I can pay some of it today but not all of it until Friday when I get paid.
I use my phone for work. I can be fired without cell phone service. I can't reach AT&T to try to work something out because this is the only phone I have. Will an AT&T rep please tell me how to resolve this? I know you don't take payment plans when it's suspended but I've been a customer a long time and this is really, really important. Plus I can pay part of it now and part in just 2 days.
