I was quoted a confirmed price for 12 months for my Internet and U-verse back in October of 2015. I have yet to receive the correct bill each month. I have stopped at the ATT store front, written to the billing department and have been paying only the amount that I was quoted.
I receive my monthly bills with "balance due" amounts.....please pay.
I will not pay for an incorrect bill. Why is it that this company cannot seem to provide a product and quote a price and get it right? Therefore, I will continue to pay for only the amount that I was quoted until my 1 year contract is up. Then I will change service companies. I cannot continue to call, stop in their storefronts and waste my time to get no type of solution to what seems to be a very simple problem.
When you are quoted for a service, that is what you should be paying. Not one cent more.
Is any one else experiencing this?
