This organization has the worst customer service I have experienced before.
My phone service has been suspended because system is saying that I have a Uverse account. I DO NOT have a Uverse account. Your sales people signed me (without my authorization) up for one when all I was doing was inquiring about product so she said she cancelled it back 3 months ago. I specifically, asked NOT to have service or a service guy come to my home because I was still deciding and shopping around but a service guy showed up at my house while I was at work. What is the madness with this company?
I was told your system is down so no one can look into the problem. I was told at 5am to call back in 2-3 hours. I call back at 10am (5 hours later and still no system). Meanwhile, my service is interrupted and I have children to contact and business to conduct.
I paid f$219 for my wireless account and made arrangement for other amount due.
Please, turn my cell phone back on...Today
