AT&T is a horrible company with no thought for their loyal customers. I have been told by many people over the years about their poor experiences but had never had a bad situation myself. With that being said, I had also just been a regular customer who paid my bill without thought until now. I have been with them since December, 2004. I have been a good and honest customer. However, I will be terminating any and all accounts I have with them as soon as my contracts are up.
