Good Morning,

 

  I switched over to AT&T From My old wireless carrier in news of a discount my employer was offering its employees. It a huge savings for me and enticed me to switch over.However, the later that followed has been a nightmare. I signed up for new service in the store and was told that discount would take affect by my second billing cycle- never happened. Called customer service multiple times, faxed paperwork multiple times- nothing. I was told every month it would happen next billing cycle- I feel it was almost a ploy to get me so far out that I could not cancel without early termination fees. Now today I receive a call from collections of a $900.00 bill- for breaking of the contract /early term fees, past due bills. what obligation did AT&T have when they promised me my corporate discount that was never fulfilled?? I am so disappointed at the way business was conducted and will also be reporting this to my company in hopes they drop corporate accounts with att and explore other options....
