Why can't anyone get my billing right?

I had an existing att wireless account for over 15 years! Since I switched my plan to the unlimited data family plan is where my problems started. Then I added direct tv billing to my art account. My new husband wanted to put his line onto my account. So He transferred responsibility of his line to me. They messed up and put his line on a new account. Now it's been a month and a half trying to get my phone lines on one bill. I have been over billed on my direct tv account, I have paid $113 for a line that should be only $40 on my plan. I have spent approximately 4-5 hours a week trying to get things resolved. I have been promised that they would fix my billing but have not. I have been promised to have phone calls back and have not. All I get is transferred to different departments who can't fix things. If I do not get my accounts fixed soon, I will leave att and direct tv and will fight any fees in court. I will also tell others of how poorly this has been taken care of. If anyone cares they would contact me and make sure that I am well taken care of for this major mistake and problems of their system.
