I requested my account to be placed on vacation.  ATT states OK but continues to bill me. Numerous direct phone conversaation and numerous live chats produced promised from ATT to fix the problem but they never do. The only statement I get from ATT support employees is that we are all customers. ATT has the worst support group than any company in the United States
