I am more upset than I have ever been at anything in my life!! I have spoken to numerous call center reps. They all tell me that there will be over a 2 hour wait until I can speak to a superviser or I have even been told she didn't have a supervisor that it was ran by computers or that there is a 48 hour to 72 hour call back period. I would do anything to actually talk to someone that is a higher position that can actually help with customer issues rather than rude call center reps all telling me completely different things. All I want is my incentive and they are telling it was promotional and it expired. How is my promotion going to expire when it is automatically supposed to be added? Also I was never given my employer discount even after the young lady at the store "set it up for me". Then come to find out you tell me I have a late payment even though I have direct deposit and have never made a late payment. Long story short and way too much to put on the internet I have been on the phone for over 6 hours the past 2 times I have called to try and resolve my issue and all I get in return are rude people who tell me I am wrong even though I referred one of my employees to ATT just for the incentives and discount that was offered. That employee has had no issues has gotten his incentive and also his discount. My confusion is how does one person get it the very next day and the person who referred him gets nothing but a waste of time. Can I please have someone with some authority call me. I am very dissappointed. It took verizon years to upset me and ATT has done it in 3 months. If this issue is not resolved I will definitely switch carriers and continue to post the horrible experience I have had.
