Very disappointed with the way noone would help me with correctly with my bill. Everytime I have called since the 14 th of March I have been disappointed with this company. I tell the customer service person my problem and they say they are sorry but that still is not helping me out when they don't fix the problem and do a miscommunication with me setting up a split payment date and correctly and now nothing can be done. When I asked to speak to a manager the 18th after talking to 2 different people they had we on hold for 15 mins at 9:45 at night. Before the account specialist says one minute the rep. shouldnt had been able to change things on my account then he said that they could. I am not happy with this. When I called to make a payment I am getting a runaround again today. I am about to try to get in touch with corporate offices over these matters I am so fed up with the whole deal.
