I have just tried to speak with the billing department and this is not the first time it took forever to get help. I have wireless, wi-fi, and direct tv. On the 3rd transfer which was combined service she couldn't help. Then transfers again to billing she couldn't help and she tranfered me to my husband's cell phone. Really how is he supposed to fix the billing issue I have. I'm very disappointed in the service I'm continually getting. In Feb we walked into the store asking about the 200 a month if we had direct tv making sure we pay all up front and asking over and over again our Bill was going to be 278-280 a month. You can imagine the suprise I had when I got my 502 Bill. I have tried to call several time with not getting anywhere. This last time today calling at 12:35 and then being sent to my husband's cell phone at 1:23 and not to billing for the 3rd time. As I'm sure you can gather I'm very 😡 disappointed and I want someone to call me who can handle all aspects of my account.
I work at a school and get home around 4, but the only way you can call me you have suspended. The phone on the acct is my husband's cell and he doesn't get home til 5:30. That is his work phone so he don't like personal call on it. I'll be expecting a call around that time.
