Overages Charged when I guaranteed they wouldn't be!

I switched to an unlimited plan back on 2/29/2016 and was charged overages of $500 all of the way to 3/12/2016

AT&T case number: ***

I was told last week after having to enter a Retail Store for more help and being on hold and the phone for nearly 8 hours on Friday that the money would be credited back to my account by 3:00PM on 4/4/2016

Nothing transpired so I called the Asst Manger Joel *** here in Des Moines, he helped on Friday to tell him AT&T did not honor their word

I have documented all of my calls 2/29, 3/3,3/9,3/11, 4/1 and was assured the overages would not be billed

  1. 2/29 I talked to Teresa at AT&T and switched to unlimited
  2. 3/3/2016 I was getting overage alerts so I called and talked to Arley and she confirmed I was on the Unmilited plan and not to worry about the overages
  3. 3/9/2016 I was still getting overage messages on my phone over $300 so I called again because this concerned me and that time I talked to Ariel. She again confirmed I was on an unlimited plan and assured me that I would not be charged overages
  4. 4/1/2016 $774.71 was taken out of my bank account of, that nearly $500 in overages on calls at .40/minute

Those overages I was told would not be billed

I spent all day Friday on the phone and in the store with Joel *** an AT&T Asst. Store Mgr here in West Des Moines. He was even put on hold for hours and eventually talked Malissa and her manager Sarah and Sarah's Manager. They said that they would have it resolved by yesterday, credit back my $774.71, and send me a new statement with the overages removed. Not a word!
