My company has a corporate discount program with AT&T and they gave me an account number and a sign up link. When I tried to sign up, I got a prompt that I already have enrolled in the plan but the FAN number showing up is worng. I don't know how to remove this existing FAN number and add the new one. I called the customer service and the rep I spoke to said, she could not help me.
What is the way out of this? How do I update my FAN number in my account to get the billing discount?
