I called ATT Customer Service regarding the bill I just payed. It shows its paid in full and is at $0.00 balance. Yet, my bank account shows no record of the being money taken out; not on hold or pending. I also had my bank check my account and still nothing. I payed on 03/22/2016 and its 03/25/2016. It's been 3 days and still no sign of the money taken out. I was told it would be automatically taken out when you may on the ATT Mobile App. Any suggestions?
