I'm a former AT&T manager Advertising&Publishing strictly working with customer service issues- I'm on disability due to a broken leg and my disability check is late- I called to explain my situation and was told "nothing we can do for you". So now my phone will be likely cut off and I won't be able to speak with my disability representative to solve the issue so I can get my money to pay my bills. I live in CA and we don't have a walk in disability office everything is done over the phone. So,my conversation with the AT&T rep was terrible as there was no care or empathy or any suggestions on how they could help ,it was pay or get disconnected. So I'm telling my friends family and there friends of this terrible customer service I've experienced.
