I have called and been told that a case was setup for my problem and someone would call me in 7-10 business days. After 2 weeks and no return call, I called and was given a new Case #. They closed the original case and set me up with a new case with high priority. This rep told me that they would call me in 1-3 days. After a week I called back and spoke to someone else. They were apologetic and told me they would submit this to upper management and would personally call me back. How do I someone to review my case and call me back?
