I called to get my options for a carnival cruise cellular package and the sells rep either was knowledgeable or it was an att scam. When I came back from my cruise WITH A HUGE BILL the reps where really wise and apologetic for the misunderstanding however I'm stuck with a huge bill that I would have never accumulated had I been informed correctly in the beginning. Was my conversation recorded when I called in? I need this fixed! I want to tweet this and post it to every social site there is because I am so disgusted by the lack of customers service. I have every att service there is to have and I am scammed like this!
