Terrible Customer Service

I have spent over 6 hours on hold trying to combine my ATT Wireless and Direct TV Bills to obtain the $10 discount. I have been a customer of both companies for at least 5 years. WOW, I just get transfered from one agent to the next, none of who really know what they are doing. Very Discouraging! I called a brick and mortar ATT store and they said that they cannot help me unless I come into the store, OK that would be fine if the nearest store was not a 4 hour round trip drive. Can anyone provide me with a contact that could actually help. I am VERY disappointed, I understand the need to outsource some of these services, but this is ridiculous.
