Plenti Points for fall 2015 new AT&T activation not correct

ATT had a promotion in the fall of 2015 for Plenti Points for adding a new line/phone and being a U-verse customer.  The point offer was 5,000 for new phone line with phone purchase and 2,500 additional if you combine ATT with U-verse or Direct TV.

 

Plenti posted 4,000 points per line, no u-verse bonus, then they sent me a message saying the 4,000 was a mistake which it was, it was too low, they said it should have been 2,500!  So they pulled 1,500 points each line.

 

I have now made four different phone calls to Plenti to get my points on my 5 new lines, Plenti says they don't have access to the earlier promotion.  I've also called AT&T and was on the line for 45 minutes, most of it on hold, then was disconnected abruptly and THE ATT REP DIDN'T CALL ME BACK!


I am hoping someone from ATT can look back at the points offered in their promotion in June.  I'm so done with calling in and not getting any action, can someone at AT&T look up this promotion so we can prove to Plenti that I am owed a lot of points??
