I have had my phone service with the same provider since 1998. Now I want to upgrade and AT&T says they don't do it anymore. Stopped it on Jan 7th.
Why do I have to switch providers to get an upgrade. But more importantly, don't ask me to "come back" once I leave. You are not flexible so neither am I.
Maybe I am a rare breed that stays with the same company for so long.
Disappointing AT$T. Yes. Change your logo and insert the $ sign in place of loyalty.
